Day 4 Report: Academic & Cultural Exchange Program
The academic exchange program continued to be fruitful, with teachers from both schools observing and teaching sessions. Best teaching practices were actively exchanged between the educators. Discussions between the heads of the two schools revealed similarities and differences in the autonomy provided to private schools by their respective governments.
The primary school's art department presented an amazing art exhibition, leaving the Indian delegation mesmerized. The students had the opportunity to interact with the young artists behind the impressive artworks. The Azerbaijani school presented the Indian delegation with beautiful gifts, which were viewed as an honor. A painting was specially presented to me as a gesture of appreciation. The performing arts department of the Azerbaijani school then organized a cultural program, where the Indian delegation interacted with the student performers and their parents.
The team from Modern Public School is having a wonderful and enriching experience, learning from the diverse perspectives and practices at Evrika Lyceum. Overall, the fourth day of the exchange program was filled with engaging academic discussions and deep cultural immersion, further strengthening the ties between the two schools.
