The first step to solving any problem is to analyze and understand it. Given how stress and anxiety have been plaguing our lives amid the pandemic, it is important to talk about these issues. Towards this cause, Madam Principal, Mrs. Alka Kapur conducted a session on 'Understanding Stress', which was organized by CBSE COE (West). Teachers from schools all over the country took full advantage of this wonderful opportunity and found the session really interesting.
